Delicious, creative, healthy brunch cuisine featuring over a dozen taro-inspired dishes created and prepared with aloha by young Hawaiian Kanaka Culinary Arts students mentored by professional Hawaiian chefs. CHILDREN, ages 12 & under, and KŪPUNA, 70 & over, eat MANUAHI (free), so bring your ʻohana.

Enjoy a spectacular Sunday Brunch at beautiful ʻIole, while supporting EA Ecoversityʻs fledgling Kanaka Culinary Arts Program, designed to prepare young Hawaiians ages 15-30 to enter Hawaiʻiʻs food industry, with a special emphasis on cooking with Hawaiian staples, seafood and other locally sources ingredients.
